Connie has lived in enough places to appreciate being a Carolina girl. She and her husband, Richard, reside outside of Charlotte, N.C. in the upstate of South Carolina.
In addition to writing and various artistic activities, Connie enjoys reading, cooking and almost all outdoor activities. She and her husband have recently down sized to a smaller home and yard. They plan on spending their free time traveling, biking and hiking and spending time with their family. This includes two sons, two daughter-in-laws, one grand child, two dogs and three additional grand dogs.

Feb 2008- Off the coast of Oahu while whale watching. We had the opportunity to rescue this sea turtle caught in a fishing net. As it swam off to safety three whales rose out of the water to blow. It was a spectacular moment and the highlight of our vacation.
