CONNIE DRISCOLL MILLER
EXUSE OUR MESS, RENOVATIONS IN PROGRESS
Connie has lived in enough places to appreciate being a Carolina girl. She and her husband, Richard, reside outside of Charlotte, N.C. in the upstate of South Carolina.
In addition to writing and various artistic activities, Connie enjoys reading, cooking and almost all outdoor activities. She and her husband have recently down sized to a smaller home and yard. They plan on spending their free time traveling, biking and hiking and spending time with their family. This includes two sons, two daughter-in-laws, one grand child, two dogs and three additional grand dogs.
"We buried her smile today in the caverns of our souls." Connie D. Miller in a poem dedicated to Clarissa Disbrow, killed at 18 by a drunk driver.
A favorite quote-
"I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by." Douglas Adams
I walked in Austin's steps.
Feb 2008- Off the coast of Oahu while whale watching. We had the opportunity to rescue this sea turtle caught in a fishing net. As it swam off to safety three whales rose out of the water to blow. It was a spectacular moment and the highlight of our vacation.
